Duncan Slagle is a queer poet and performer studying ancient Greek & poetry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a First Wave scholar. Duncan has won poetry prizes from the Crab Creek Review, Mikrokosmos Journal, and Epiphany Magazine. Duncan's work can be found in BOAAT Journal, Vinyl Poetry, Foglifter, and The Adroit Journal, among other publications. Duncan has performed at venues including the Orpheum Theater, the Walker Art Center, the Guthrie Theater, Poets House NYC, & the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, among others. Duncan is currently an editorial intern at Graywolf Press.
